Situated in a corner of the 17th century Azurara Palace, this brilliant museum gives a picture of aristocratic life in the 18th and 19th centuries. On display you will find magnificent Indo-Portuguese furniture, a priceless collection of silver and Chinese porcelain, and several Flemish tapestries from the 16th and 18th centuries.

After visiting the museum, you will learn to engrave leather with traditional materials and techniques in their workshop, where the centuries-old art is transmitted every day by masters to apprentices. Create a design to decorate a leather bookmark, or your own leather objects, like a bag, wallet, belt or book to create a one-of-a-kind piece and lifelong memory of your time in Portugal.
